EXPERIENCES
No fixed menus, no fixed formula.
Every event deserves a unique approach; the three formulas below are simply starting points.

01 · PRIVATE DINING
A meal for a special occasion
Private dining can go anywhere from multi-course plated meals and evening-long barbecue sessions to a buffet. From restaurant-level precision to home-cooked comfort.
I design the menu around the occasion, the season and how you want the evening to feel.
- Best for
- Private dinners · Birthdays · Anniversaries · Celebrations · Special occasions
- Indicative scale
- Usually up to 15–20 guests
- Included
- Menu design · Planning · Sourcing · Purchasing · Preparation · On-site cooking · Kitchen clean-down

02 · RETREAT & EVENT CATERING
When the table gets bigger, the cooking has to think beyond the plate.
I cater retreats, celebrations and creative gatherings where food is one part of a larger programme or place. There is a greater focus on health and nutrition, not simply strong flavours.
Think of breakfast, lunch and dinner over the course of an event, snacks and drinks provided throughout the day.
Larger formats can be built with additional chefs, service staff and collaborators where needed.
The scale changes. The basic job does not: cook good food, organise it properly and make sure the people running the rest of the event have no worries about food.
- Best for
- Retreats · Weddings · Celebrations · Creative gatherings · Events
- Indicative scale
- Usually up to 50 guests. Larger formats can be discussed.
- Included
- Menu design · Planning · Sourcing · Purchasing · Preparation · On-site cooking · Kitchen clean-down

03 · KITCHEN TAKEOVERS
An extended private chef service for your home, rented villas, and any longer stay.
A Kitchen Takeover is for the times when one dinner is not enough.
I step into the kitchen for part or all of a stay and take responsibility for the food across several meals or days.
That might mean breakfast before everybody disappears for the morning, lunch outside, dinner over fire, something simple after a long day, or adapting the meal based on your own shopping at the local market or the fish you caught the same day.
- Best for
- Villas · Houses · Residencies · Yachts · Longer stays
- Scale
- Best suited to smaller groups across several meals or days
- Included
- Menu planning · Sourcing · Purchasing · Preparation · Daily cooking · Kitchen management · Clean-down
PRACTICALITIES
Based in Europe, happy to travel for the right purpose.
Every location comes with a different kitchen, different equipment and a different level of infrastructure.
I use what is available but can arrange additional chefs, service staff, equipment or tableware when the event requires it. Everything is open for discussion.
HAVE SOMETHING ELSE IN MIND?
The categories are useful. They are not rules.
If your idea sits somewhere between them, tell me about it.
